Programme Objective

Enable enterprises to compete in global markets with confidence, strengthen compliance and operational systems, and access export promotion schemes. Only Small and Medium manufacturing enterprises are eligible under this framework.

The Process

9 Steps to Certification

A five-phase comprehensive evaluation over 6–8 weeks. Each phase is structured, transparent, and supportive designed to help your enterprise succeed.

1
Week 1

Registration & Eligibility Screening

Register on the portal, submit basic enterprise information, and undergo automatic eligibility screening. GST, Udyam, and IEC registrations are verified at this stage.

2
Weeks 2–3

Self-Assessment Questionnaire

Complete the comprehensive 9-section online questionnaire covering all assessment parameters. Upload required supporting documents and evidence for each section.

3
Weeks 4–5

Assessor Review & Site Visit

A licensed assessor reviews all documents and conducts a site visit (20% of assessments). Management interview and facility inspection finalise the assessment score.

4
Week 6

Verification & Quality Review

An independent team verifies 10% of all assessments for quality assurance. Final score approval and readiness classification are completed.

5
Weeks 7–8

Certification or Improvement Plan

Enterprises scoring 400+ receive the Export Ready Certificate. Others receive a detailed improvement report and capacity building enrolment.
